Use this form to book an essential visit to the Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC). You can amend or cancel your booking online after you receive confirmation.
You can only use the HWRC if you are a resident of the Borough of Swindon. You cannot visit if you pay Council Tax to a neighbouring local authority.

Form requirements
To complete this form you will need to provide your home address.
You will be required to accept the terms and conditions of booking. Please read these carefully.
Please do not complete this form and attempt to book if:
- you live outside the borough of Swindon
- you are self-isolating because you, or a member of your household, has displayed COVID-19 symptoms
- you are a trade customer
- you wish to bring a vehicle weighing over 3.5 tonnes, or a vehicle with a tail-lift
