About this form
You must book a slot before visiting the Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC). Use this form to make your booking. If you need to amend or cancel your booking, you can do this once you have received your confirmation email.
You can only use the HWRC if you live in the Borough of Swindon. If you pay Council Tax to another local authority, you will not be able to book or visit. Check which council area you live in.
Important information before you book
Before you book your visit, read the following information carefully. It explains what is not allowed or accepted at the HWRC.
- Commercial or trade customers cannot use the HWRC
- Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes are not accepted
- The following vehicles are not accepted:
- Flatbed trucks
- Tipper vans
- Caged trucks or vans
- Double-axle trailers
- Remove all glass from plastic or wooden window frames before bringing them to the HWRC. Windows with glass still in place are not accepted, but you can bring the glass separately for disposal.

- provide your home address
- confirm you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of booking
Do not complete this form if:
- you live outside the Borough of Swindon
- you are a commercial or trade customer
- you meet any of the restrictions listed above for using the HWRC
