About this form
Use this form to apply for a street trading licence. There are four types of licences that you can apply for using this form;
- Full street trader licence, valid for 12 months
- Market, valid for 28 days
- Market, valid for 1 week
- Temporary, valid for 1 day
Form requirements
- Photo of the consent holder
- Proof of the consent holder's right to work in the UK
- Photo of any associates working on the market stand (if applying for a market permit or full street trader permit)
- Proof of any associates right to work in the UK (if applying for a market permit or full street trader permit)
- Evidence of Public Liability Insurance with minimum cover of £5,000,000.
- If the unit has a gas installation you need to provide a current copy of safety inspection report from a Gas Safe Engineer who is accredited to specifically undertake work on mobile catering units.
- A copy of your waste disposal contract (if applicable).
