To Swindon Borough Council

The Early Years and Childcare Services at Swindon Borough Council can provide advice and guidance for parents who:

  • have a query about early education funding
  • have a complex query or require clarification regarding a childcare issue

For assistance, email: EY&CBrokerage@swindon.gov.uk.

If your complaint concerns a lack of availability of childcare, you can use the Council’s complaints, comments and feedback procedures.
