Before you report ASB, it is important that you have first tried to have a conversation with the person about the issue.

Community ASB

To report any of the following Community ASB, use the form below: 

  • an issue with a home owner or somebody who is renting privately
  • if you are reporting antisocial behaviour in the public areas
  • any ASB not covered below

Report community anti-social behaviour

Swindon Borough Council housing tenants

If you are a Swindon Borough Council (SBC) housing tenant, or are reporting issues about an SBC housing tenant, use the form below. The housing enforcement team will receive your form submission and a named officer will be assigned to your case and will contact you.

Report housing tenant anti-social behaviour

Wiltshire Police

If you are reporting a criminal matter, or an incident has occurred that requires police attention:

Housing associations

If you are a tenant of a housing association, for example, Sovereign or Stonewater, we would encourage you to report any incidents of ASB or noise nuisance to your housing officer so they can take action and provide support.

Environmental issues
