Autism support for those aged 16+

Swindon and Gloucester Mind supports people aged 16+ who are on the waiting list for an autism assessment or people who already have a diagnosis of autism and living in Swindon.

They provide direct support to help you with issues you might be facing, such as wellbeing and self-esteem, living skills and self-care and communication. They can also help you achieve a specific goal, such as gaining employment or voluntary work.

Swindon and Gloucester Mind also provide signposting, advice, and guidance to individuals, families, parents, carers and professionals.

They also offer:

  • 1-2-1 support
  • peer support groups
  • talk over the phone, by email or in person
