What you can expect
Our Migrant Health team have developed various community projects specifically for refugees and asylum seekers by working closely with partner organisations. In addition to these activities, the team can also work alongside you on a one-to-one basis, for up to eight sessions.
Each referral is assessed for suitability. Once your referral is allocated to the service, one of our Live Well Navigators will be in touch to arrange your first appointment.
Your Navigator will meet you at home or in a community setting, wherever is best for you. Together, you will set goals and create a personal plan so that you can improve your wellbeing, building on your interests and encouraging wider participation in community life.
