Warm and Safe Wiltshire offers all residents across Swindon free and impartial energy saving advice. We have an advice line service open 9-5pm Monday-Friday and can help with the following:
- Advice relating to insulation, heating and draft proofing
- Available grants and schemes for energy saving measures
- Understanding heating systems and controls
- Understanding financial support available for energy bills
- Switching from prepayment to credit meters
- Managing fuel debt and understanding energy bills
- Priority Services Register referrals
- Managing issues with damp and condensation
- Advice guides and factsheets
Funded insulation and heating improvements
Installing insulation or upgrading your boiler can make a real difference to the warmth of your home and also help to lower your energy bills. If you are eligible Warm and Safe Wiltshire can make a referral to an installer for insulation and heating improvements and find out if you can receive funding towards it.
