- Provide the holiday club(s) with any relevant information about your child’s needs to ensure they can accommodate and support them appropriately
- Can my child attend different holiday clubs in the same week or holiday period?
- Yes, your child can attend different holiday clubs in the same week or holiday period
- The total hours booked cannot exceed your entitlement
- Unused hours or days cannot be carried over to the next holiday period
- Can I book in advance for the next holiday dates?
- No, eligibility can only be confirmed for one holiday period at a time
- How do I receive my voucher?
- Vouchers will be sent to eligible families approximately one month before the start of each HAF delivery period
- The email will be sent by Holiday Activities and will include:
- a link to redeem your voucher
- access to view and book available HAF activities
- How do I use the Holiday Activities booking platform?
