Report dangerous ice

A burst pipe, water leak or run-off may form a thin layer of transparent ice on roads and pavements. This layer of ice is slippery and dangerous as it is difficult to see.

If you find any water leaks or icy patches during winter, please report to us so that we can grit the area quickly.

We will first make the area safe. Then we will contact the relevant utility company or landowner for repairs if any are required.

We do not deal with ice issues on private property.
