Find bicycle parking
We offer locked cycle parking in the Brunel cycle park or in Fleming Way cycle park in Swindon town centre.
These cycle parks provide 24 hour access via an Access Card and there is parking for 160 bikes. There is no daily charge to use the cycle parks, but you will need to pay for an Access Card to use the cycle parking facilities.
Brunel cycle park is situated on the ground floor of the Brunel West car park (behind the big screen in Wharf Green). Access to the cycle park is via the walkway that runs through the car park from Wharf Green (House of Fraser) to Farnsby Street.
The Fleming Way cycle park is located on the ground floor of the Fleming Way car park (opposite the new Whalebridge car park). Access to the cycle park is from Gordon Gardens. A cycle lane has been added to College Street and Gordon Gardens for safer entry to the park.
Anyone can use either of the cycle parks but you must be a registered user. To become a registered user, you will need to apply for an Access Card by completing the online application form below. Once payment has been made, your Access Card will be sent to your home address within 10 days.
Your Access Card can then be used at both cycle parks.

Please note: There is a one-off fee of £10.00 per Access Card issued.
The £10.00 fee covers the cost of the card and the administration costs involved in operating and maintaining the cycle parks.
Terms and conditions are outlined in the document below:
Why do I need to register in advance?
To ensure the cycle parks are as secure as possible, we need to know who is using the park. The cycle parks are unstaffed so the Access Cards allow us to monitor usage, entry and exit. Your Access Card is your responsibility and it is very important that you do not let anyone else use it.
What if I lose my Access Card?
If you lose your Access Card, a charge of £5.00 will be made for you to replace it. You must report the loss or theft of your Access Card immediately by calling 07989 393070. It will then be de-activated so that no-one else can use it.
How safe will my bike be in the cycle parks?
By ensuring all users are registered, the park will be more secure. However, it is the responsibility of each user to take steps to keep the bike park safe.
Do not let anybody enter the park who doesn’t have an Access Card. Always lock your bike with a strong security lock and report the loss or theft of your Access Card immediately by calling 07989 393070.
