Funding and how to get involved

First phase of the works

  • £9.3million has been secured so far to support the Phase 1 works. This includes the £1.5million original commitment from SBC, £5million Town Deal funding and £435k Historic England grant, together with further funding allocations from SBC, GLL, the Swindon Town Deal and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Main pool hall

  • The National Lottery Heritage Fund Development Phase is being supported by a £409k Development grant from TNHLF 

Match funding

  • A further £1.1million needs to be secured to match the TNHLF- Delivery Stage grant (£4.1million), if successful. A fundraising campaign will be launched in early 2025 to help raise this match funding. Further information will follow.
