Aspen House development

The £17m regeneration of the former Aspen House site on Regent Street into a 194-bedroom Premier Inn hotel marks the first phase in the regeneration of the area into a vibrant leisure quarter for the Town.

Further plans for the transformation of this area are in preparation.
