What you can do if you are homeless
- You can request an assessment to determine your needs. If you are homeless and have nowhere to stay, feel you are at risk in your current accommodation or are being treated unfairly, we have a duty to help you find safe and suitable accommodation.
- See if you can stay with family or friends while you look for other accommodation or bid to secure social housing
- Look for private rented accommodation
What you can do if you are fleeing domestic or another form of violence or abuse and have nowhere safe to go
- If you are in immediate danger, call the Police on 999

If you do not have access to a telephone or email, you can visit us at Central Library, Regent Circus, Swindon, SN1 1QG between 12.30pm and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
