Birth to five parent and carer survey

We have an ambition to make sure that Swindon is a great place to be a child and grow up. 

We would be grateful therefore if you could complete our survey, to help us understand what is important to parents and carers of children under five years old. 

All the information you provide will be anonymous and confidential, you won't be identified. There is a full privacy notice detailed in the survey.

The survey is open to anyone who lives in Swindon and has a baby or child under the age of five and not yet in school. 

The results from the survey will be summarised and used for service improvement to make sure our services meet the needs of our residents.

We estimate it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete this survey which will close on Wednesday, 30 April.
