Sandsground is a large bungalow just on the outskirts of Highworth providing 24 hour residential care for five adults with severe learning disabilities and associated complex needs.

All five bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. Sandsground also has a small, quiet lounge, a separate sensory room, and lounge that leads into a conservatory/dining room and the small, safe, sensory garden area.

In the back garden there is a heated summer house that is used for craft and various activities, as well as by individuals who may want to relax. Although the house is on the route of a regular bus service, it also has its own transport for leisure, recreational and educational trips and activities in the community.
