Single pregnant females (not less than 29 weeks). Single parents with no more than 2 children under the age of 5. Couples with 1 child only under age of 5. Vulnerable, homeless, threatened with homelessness. Demonstrate a willingness to engage with a personal programme focussing on education, training, employment and life skills.
Garden Court is supported accommodation located in Calne for Young Parents aged between 16-25 years providing a 2 year support programme depending upon their needs.
