You can join Swindon Libraries online. Use the link below to complete an online joining form.
Once you have successfully completed and submitted your form, we will send you an email with your joining code and details of how to complete your membership registration.
The Rules and Regulations document is available to download for further information.
Data Protection Act
All personal information which members provide when joining the library is subject to the terms of the Data Protection Act. The information will be used only for the administration of library services to our members, or for compiling statistics. These details are only kept if the member is still using the library.
If members have stopped borrowing items for a period of more than a year, their details will be deleted. Personal details are not shared with other council departments.
