Roads and Highways Maintenance
Description of Service
Maintenance and damage repair (including potholes) to:
- Roads and highways
- Cycleways
- Backways
Service Levels
Defects are inspected and generally prioritised according to the level of risk. Most repairs are carried out within six weeks. Where potholes are reported, we aim to effect remedial action or a repair within 24 hours.
How to Report a Problem
You can report a problem to us in a number of ways:
- If you consider the issue an emergency or potential hazard, please call Swindon Direct on 01793 445501 (Monday to Friday 8.00am-8.00pm, Saturday 9.00am-1.00pm) or on 01793 466453 at all other times.
For non-emergency problems:
